Global Incident Map
In International business there are a lot of things to seriously ponder and consider, risk being a huge piece of the equation. Check out this "Global Incident Map:" There is a lot happening in our world every minute. This "map" updates every 300 seconds...constantly 24/7.
This is a very interesting website! A world Map comes up showing whats going on around the world! Strange & dangerous things we never hear about in the news are happening right now in every country in the entire world.
One of the helpful features is you can move the map around, zero in on any one area & actually up-load the story of what is going on.

Off Center Community Arts Studio
OFFCenter is a community art space located in the heart of Albuquerque. The center is home to a studio, a gallery and a sales shop. Anyone in the community is welcome to come to OFFCenter to make and buy art. Artists of low income are especially encouraged to make art in the studio, sell their work in the sales shop and submit their work for display in the gallery. Individuals, families and groups participate in a wide variety of both casual open studios and organized activities.
The Heart
We believe in art making as central to community building. Shared creative expression leads to shared visions and the emergence of a compassionate common life.
The Artists
Artists at OFFCenter are self-described. They determine the meaning and value of their own work. As members of the community of artists, they help envision and decide the direction of the program. They support and inspire each other through informal contact and involvement in the Emerging Artists Network. The network meets every Friday from 4 to 5PM and visitors are welcome.
OFFCenter Community Arts Project is a private non-profit, 501©3 organization.

Lucky Boy Restaurant
Where “East meets West”
The other day, Colin Scroggins and I ate lunch at Lucky Boy on the NE side of Albuquerque. Lucky Boy is a 1950’s looking diner hole-in-the-wall style restaurant which is absolutely reasonable! I ate the sweet and sour chicken meal. Needless to say, it was under $4.00 and absolutely delicious! I can only think of one place where the meal deal is less and that is Costco’s Hebrew National meal deal ($1.50).
Ambiance = 5/10 (Small Hole in the Wall)
Food = 10/10
Service = 10/10
Manager = 10/10
I highly recommend Lucky Boy’s Restaurant for your next lunch meal. Bring cash! No checks, Visa or Debit.

Munchies in Albuquerque is Delicioso!
Yesterday, I had lunch at Munchies on the NE side of Albuquerque. Munchies is a hole-in-the-wall restaurant and it is absolutely fantastic! I ate the chicken salad on the signature swirl bread and some green chili posole, which is divine . Absolutely Delicious!
Ambiance = 4/10 (Small Hole in the Wall)
Food = 10/10
Service = 10/10
Manager = 10/10
I highly recommend Munchies for your next lunch sandwich meal. I got mine to go. I went across the street to the skate park and watched a few skaters rip all over the concrete bowls as I enjoyed my lunch on the bleachers. I am going back real soon!
